This foliage plant sends up clumps of stems to over 1 m in favourable conditions, each stem bearing a graceful crown of grass-like needle leaves, radiating like the spokes of an umbrella. It is best in semi-shade close to water. It can also be grown in ponds, as an aquatic, where it multiplies rapidly. |
